Sarah has plenty to commend it as far as a good children’s theatre show. Sarah is a good play writer and her teacher Miss Angela Act well chooses her play ‘The Fairy Princess’ to be the one she wants to put on at the school. Sarah is thrilled but very soon doesn’t like the way Miss Actwell is casting her friends so she says so, and as a result, Miss Actwell walks out. Sarah and her friends are left without a place to rehearse or even put the show on. What would they do?

Enter a rich American friend of the family a Mr Raymond Ritchies. He funds a production of Sarah‘s play ‘The Fairy Princess. But he makes a real blunder. He asks Miss Actwell back to help out.. Oh dear! But its all great fun!
