This is a site about Andy Collier, who is a gifted, natural and hard working performer of vintage and nostalgic songs along with more recent songs of the 'sixties' and the 'seventies' and of lively well known and much loved xmas songs.
A performance from “Musical Andy” who is a seriously committed entertainer, is a heart-warming and joyful experience that will re-kindle memories of songs from times past that still linger on in the hearts and minds of many.
Even though 2010 is only Andy's third completely full year singing gigs, it is already looking like a busy year in the making for the singer /entertainer. His repeat bookings that have come in 2009 have shown to people that he does give of his very best in any one gig and his repeats have been a testament to his reliability as well as his entertainment which he gets into his songs whatever gig programme he is singing!
If you thought no one sings these older songs any more ……think again as Andy brings fresh life to many old favourites from past shows and a musical era you may have thought had gone forever. Andy would grace the stage of many a large show (like his successful show at the Lighthouse Theatre in September 09), but prefers to sing to smaller more appreciate audiences in Clubs, Societies,Care Homes, Railway and Canal Centres and Theatres across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northants and South Leicestershire.
For an hour of pure nostalgia and fun, join Andy for musical reminiscences offering a real blend of memory, humour and variety. Stirring and re-kindling memories of songs from times past that will indeed stir memories.
